Friday Favorites: Baby Girl

If you don't have a baby girl or don't care about baby girl clothes, you can totally skip this post! I have done WAY too much shopping for Louise lately, so I thought I'd share some recent finds.

With Cam, I hated Carter's clothing and loved Baby Gap. For Louise, I have not had much luck at Baby Gap (I think their tops and pants are too loose on her but have found super cute outfits and dresses). Anyways, I digress. I've spent way more time at Carter's han I ever planned and can't stop buying stuff. Baby yoga pants? Gimme em all!

ONE//
I am honestly not a fan of Carter's pajamas, except for the pre-crawling phase. Now that Louise is standing and almost walking, she's constantly getting stuck in her footie pajamas, which becomes a scream fest, especially if she's in her crib. HA has wonderful pajamas, but momma doesn't want to spend $30 on each pair! Carter's just came out with footless pajamas, and we LOVE them. AND they're adorable - our store had more styles than are available online and I'm going back to get the next size up, because I love them that much.

TWO//
Since Carter's/OshKosh offered free shipping when you order from both brands, I hopped on over and saw these: Yoga pants for Louise...yes, please! They are really nothing more than leggings, but knowing that she has on "yoga" pants makes my little heart happy. (It's the little things.) Now we can totally match outfits on Saturdays!

THREE//
Okay, okay, I still stalk the GAP website for Louise and came across this adorable and soft piece for spring/summer. I think with their 40% off AND my rewards, it ended up costing me $7...maybe.

FOUR //
Hanna Andersson is having a huge clearance sale, in case you missed it! I just snagged some cute leggings, beach stuff, a lunch box for Cam, a hoodie and these knock off Freshly Picked mocs. I loved Louise's FP mocs, but I really hate to spend the money on them now that she'll actually be walking in them, so I am hopeful that they work just as well! At $25, it's worth a shot.

FIVE//
Just because I feel like this is my life...if you have a toddler, you totally get it.

Am I missing any adorable (and budget friendly) places to shop for Louise?? I need to get into H&M because I am sure I can fill her closet there, too!

  2. I need to have a girl next. Haha. With the dollar going farther for you in Canada, I'd recommend minimocs or eve le petit coco (she is local to me in Calgary and will custom make any leather moc you want!)

  3. Oh I LOVE little girl clothes. I love picking out clothes for Cam too, but goodness girl clothes kill me. And my wallet. Ha ha! I love Carter's and find a lot for the kids in that brand. I get them from Kohls usually because they are always marked down and it's closer. I also like Old Navy and Gap. I have found awesome baby yoga pants at Kohls in the Jumping Bean brand. I do to the Gymnoree outlet when I'm at my parents. The cuteness!

  6. We kept the gender of our first baby a surprise, so when she was born, we went a little crazy with the girl clothes. Before her arrival, I was convinced she was a he and gravitated towards boy clothes. That chambray jumper is so cute! I definitely think girl clothes shopping is a lot more fun.

  7. Baby gap is my clothing kryptonite. For real.

Those jammies are awesome! Are they the soft cotton like the baby jams? Or are they that weird fabric that it switches to when they get to the bigger sizes? I love Carter's jammies for 12m and under, but once the girls got bigger than that I abandoned their jammies because I don't like the fabric they use. If that makes ANY sense at all

  8. I can't take all the cuteness! I am pregnant and don't know what we are having yet, but these clothes are adorable. I'm sure they have equally cute boy's clothes haha. Yoga pants for babies, though.. XDDD so wonderful!

  10. I just dropped so much more money than I intended at Old Navy, Gap, Carters *and* Osh Gosh this weekend. I also hit up some indy bow shops, too. Oops. Too many sales I just couldn't pass up. There is now a mountain of baby (and little boy) clothes that need hangars - so now I need to buy more of those...
